Our Expert Sessions take place between 9:30 and 15:00 at our office in Amersfoort. A delicious lunch is provided and afterwards there is time for a drink and chat in our cozy working café. Present at each Expert Session are from ANVA: Justin Schlee (CPO) and Jan Jaap van Willigenburg (Business Analyst), complemented by other colleagues as Products Owner and UI/UX designers.

Output management

During this Expert Session, we are going to talk extensively about "Output management" in the morning. This session is a follow-up to the Expert Session we had last October. During this session, we will go deeper into the topic and want to outline our preliminary solution direction. Among other things, we are going to talk about:

• Document creation and template management
• Document Distribution
• Document storage & management

Post calculation

In the afternoon, we will talk about "Post-Calculation. How can we make post calculation more efficient, transparent and future-proof?
During this interactive expert session we bring together insurers, Managing General Agents and service providers to jointly explore the challenges and opportunities around post calculation. We will share our vision on the development of smart, standardized solutions and would love to hear your wishes and ideas.

During the expert session on post-calculation, we discuss:

• Which of these scenarios are most recognizable in practice.
• What bottlenecks and challenges insurers, Managing General Agents and advisors experience.
• What innovative solutions we can develop to make post-calculation smarter and more efficient.
