As a functional administrator, you are the go-to person in the technical heart of the company. You make sure everything runs smoothly and colleagues can do their jobs well. It is a combination of maintenance, management and teamwork: you help colleagues with questions about ANVA and work with IT to make the platform even better.
After completing the traineeship, you will be the expert in ANVA software and everything that comes with it: insurance, platform and technology, peripheral applications and optimal customer service. You won't be bored for a single moment!
The traineeship lasts 12 months, during which we'll get you all set to become an ANVA administrator. We regularly check how you are doing and discuss your goals. This way, together we find the right balance between your enthusiasm, the challenges as a trainee, learning about ANVA and your success as an administrator with our customer.
The structure of the traineeship is as follows:
During the kickstart program, you will learn all the ins and outs of your new role in six weeks. The program is a mix of lectures (classroom), self-study, group work and walk-in days at different departments within your field.
Besides theory, training days on how to use and manage our software and knowledge sessions on the insurance industry, we also dive deeper into ANVA's application landscape and how it works with other systems.
After this period, you will start working for your new employer. We ensure a good match with an ANVA client in your region, so that you end up in the right place. During the traineeship we remain flexible: we can adjust the program in the interim to optimally support your development and success.
The training days take place at various traineeship locations, where you can see each other's approach and share experiences. There are online knowledge sessions beforehand and in between you work on assignments. If all goes well, you will complete the traineeship as a certified ANVA functional administrator.
