A pandemic of this order no one saw coming. Thanks to Covid-19, however, this is no longer a contingency. Even though with the current measures we manage to continue to meet our obligations for the time being, this may be different in the future. For new contracts, therefore, the standard Addendum to our General Terms and Conditions will be expanded to include a rule showing that a pandemic can also lead to a force majeure situation for ANVA.
