This Expert Session is led by Marline van Ramselaar (Product Owner Datateam) and Naomi Stol (Lead Consultancy). During this session we will go into more depth and talk to each other about, among other things, whether or not to bring history from ANVA 4/5. And what happens during the migration with your free labels?

With the migration to ANVA 6, a lot is changing for your organization. Last time we dwelled on all the facets of the migration. This time we want to zoom in on the data during the migration. Of course, data from ANVA 4/5 must be transferred to ANVA 6, but must all data be transferred? That question is the focus of this session.

The two topics we want to discuss in this regard are history and free labels. Is it sufficient to include only current data including all policy sheets from the past and have the rest of the data available somewhere else? Should all completed fiscal years be included as well? If we do need to include history, how far back do we go in that?

We already told you that free labels also exist in ANVA 6, but you want to limit this. What can you limit in this and how can you start working on this now without putting a lot of time and energy into unnecessary things? We'll discuss it on November 7.
