EMS is an extension to ANVA's core system. Utilizing state-of-the-art technologies including AI, claims files are created, verified, handled and fully populated in ANVA.

EMS is an independent Dutch software house with a unique and automated claims handling system in the Microsoft Azure cloud. The core of its offering is the EMS Claimssengine®. This software enables bulk claims within motor, contents, mobile device, building, liability and travel insurances to create a complete file in ANVA and where possible settle automatically (via STP).

Accessible worldwide

EMS's Claimsengine® is accessible from anywhere in the world. 24 hours a day, seven days a week, your policyholders can create claims. The claims handler can also pick up a claim at any time or continue processing it at a later time. Claims reports are handled quickly and easily (via STP) as the many necessary checks are performed automatically. Claims elevations are validated and determined. And claims settlement is also consistent and efficient. All generated data is stored in ANVA, as the core application of your business operations. Without the need to retrieve and/or aggregate information in different data systems.

Simplified claims process
