What will you do?
As a Product Marketer you connect market, customer and product. You know what is happening in the industry and recognize opportunities even before they present themselves. You translate insights into strong propositions, develop them further together with Product Owners, Sales and our Brand Marketer, and make sure that our solutions perfectly match our customers' needs.
You:
- Develops propositions together with Product Owners and in conjunction with partners
- Sets goals, has a keen sense of when something is a success and steers (adjusts) for measurable marketing results;
- Translates (international) market and customer insights into concrete plans, pricing models and scalable and innovation-oriented go-to-market strategies;
- Owns the indexing process and translates market trends into fair pricing policies;
- Keeps in touch with trends and competition through client visits, symposia and analyst offices - you speak at events;
- Provides strategic input for sales presentations and works with the Brand Marketer on consistent positioning;
- Actively thinks about opportunities outside your own domain - you move smoothly with the dynamics of the team and pick up where necessary.
In short, you are both a strategist and a doer: you make ideas tangible, narrative and persuasive.
Who are you?
You are analytically strong and entrepreneurial at the same time: you act, convince and communicate easily. You are energized by collaboration and know how to bring others along with you in your vision. You show ownership and dare to experiment, challenge and occasionally color outside the lines.
Furthermore, you have:
- An HBO/WO working and thinking level;
- Broad and relevant experience in product marketing or proposition management, preferably within finance or insurance;
- Knowledge of HubSpot or similar marketing tools;
- An open communication style and the ability to articulate complex issues clearly and concisely;
- the flair to portray propositions with energy, conviction and narrative.
