The first Stock Exchange Advisory Council meeting was primarily focused on getting to know one another. A baseline assessment was conducted to measure customer satisfaction with both the products and the services. This resulted in specific proposals for improvement, such as clear release notes for brokerage firms, software enhancements, and a tutorial on how the Foreign Insurance Tax (BAB) works.
“It’s really great to see that we’ve actually been able to implement a number of points from the first edition in the new release,” Niels says proudly. During the second edition, participants were given a live demonstration of ANVA 6 and an explanation of the schedule. The roadmap for the trade show solutions was also discussed: what has been accomplished, and what are the plans for Q3?
In addition, the VNAB provided an update on the data standard and the integration platform. However, in addition to the updates, there was plenty of time dedicated to practical applications. “The goal is to send as little data as possible and instead focus on interaction. By the second edition, you could already see a much greater sense of collaboration emerging,” Niels explains.
That collaboration during the last edition yielded a great deal of valuable input. This was translated into a number of specific customer requests regarding BAB, iDOS, and e-ABS.
All proposals are first added to the backlog. Then, in consultation with ANVA colleagues from various departments, we determine which items will be included in the schedule. “Our goal is to develop solutions that add value for the entire market. That’s why we don’t provide custom solutions, but instead deliberately choose improvements that insurance brokers all insurance brokers .”
The best outcome of the second meeting? A new initiative that arose spontaneously: collaborating on and testing new features together. Niels: “This is truly a win-win! It enables ANVA to work with real-world customer cases. As a result, teething problems are addressed before features go live, and the software aligns even better with day-to-day practice.”
The next Trade Show Advisory Board meeting is scheduled for November. This is the perfect opportunity for you, as a trade show professional, to actively contribute ideas about the future of trade show solutions within ANVA. Not only will you gain insight into the latest developments and the joint roadmap with the VNAB, but you’ll also have a real say in the priorities for future improvements.
