Product Leadership for the core of our new cloud platform, reporting directly to the Head of Product. At Anva, we’re building the most advanced cloud platform for the insurance market: a new SaaS system for insurers, authorized agents, service providers, and advisors. Eight teams are building this platform, while existing customers are transitioning to the new environment in phases. We’re looking for a product leader who will define the platform’s core capabilities and lead the business analysis discipline. This is a role with ownership, authority, and a direct line to the Head of Product, offering opportunities for growth. Are you a Product Owner, Product Manager, or product lead at an insurer, industry partner, or InsurTech company, and do you view AI as an integral part of your field? As Security Lead, you are responsible for the security posture of our platform, which processes data from millions of Dutch citizens. You don’t just stand on the sidelines; you actively shape how software is securely designed, built, and delivered. You bring deep expertise in application security and security architecture and know how to leverage AI to make security faster and more proactive. You report to the CTO and are building out the Security team.
