With eight development teams, we are building ANVA 6, our new multi-tenant SaaS platform, while simultaneously migrating a large existing customer base. What your teams build will operate at real scale from day one. To support this, we are looking for an Engineering Manager who combines leadership, technical depth, and practical AI expertise.

For more than 50 years, ANVA has been building the software that powers the Dutch insurance market. More than 21 million policies run on our platform, collectively accounting for nearly 60% of the market’s premium volume. Every day, more than 10,000 professionals work with our software. Virtually every Dutch person has insurance that runs on ANVA. We are now building the next generation of that platform and migrating a large existing customer base to it. All of those policies contain information that our customers can use to manage their businesses. As a Product Owner for the Data Platform, you’ll build the solution that makes this information accessible and valuable.

ANVA has developed a new multi-tenant SaaS platform for contract management for insurers, combining modern technology with fifty years of domain expertise. Security is a strategic investment for ANVA as we continue to scale up our cloud-native SaaS platform within a highly regulated industry. We are looking for a SOC Engineer to build and manage ANVA’s detection and incident response capabilities from the ground up. This role focuses on developing monitoring capabilities, detection rules, automation, and response playbooks.

For more than 50 years, ANVA Insuretech has been a partner and market leader for hundreds of companies in the insurance industry, serving thousands of users. Our software supports efficient insurance processes, optimal business operations, and sustainable customer relationships. Through collaboration and innovation, we continue to create added value for our customers. Our client base consists of insurers, authorized agencies, service providers, and independent consulting firms. In the authorized agency market, we hold a market share of approximately 70%. Through our platform, we support the annual renewal of millions of insurance policies in the Netherlands and the Caribbean, representing a premium volume of over two billion euros.

Product Leadership for the core of our new cloud platform, reporting directly to the Head of Product. At Anva, we’re building the most advanced cloud platform for the insurance market: a new SaaS system for insurers, authorized agents, service providers, and advisors. Eight teams are building this platform, while existing customers are transitioning to the new environment in phases. We’re looking for a product leader who will define the platform’s core capabilities and lead the business analysis discipline. This is a role with ownership, authority, and a direct line to the Head of Product, offering opportunities for growth. Are you a Product Owner, Product Manager, or product lead at an insurer, industry partner, or InsurTech company, and do you view AI as an integral part of your field? ANVA’s new multi-tenant, cloud-native SaaS platform forms the foundation for the future of insurance. As Security Lead, you are responsible for the security posture of our platform, which processes data from millions of Dutch citizens. You don’t just stand on the sidelines; you actively shape how software is securely designed, built, and delivered. You bring deep expertise in application security and security architecture and know how to leverage AI to make security faster and more proactive. You report to the CTO and are building out the Security team.
