This innovative platform will make a difference in the world of insurance and financial services, and we’re looking for a Data Engineer to join our team.

For more than 50 years, ANVA Insuretech has been a partner and market leader for hundreds of companies in the insurance industry, serving thousands of users. Our software supports efficient insurance processes, optimal business operations, and sustainable customer relationships. Through collaboration and innovation, we continue to create added value for our customers. Our client base consists of insurers, authorized agencies, service providers, and independent consulting firms. In the authorized agency market, we hold a market share of approximately 70%. Through our platform, we support the annual renewal of millions of insurance policies in the Netherlands and the Caribbean, representing a premium volume of over two billion euros.

As QA Lead, you drive how quality is defined, validated, and delivered across the platform.

Product Leadership for the core of our new cloud platform, reporting directly to the Head of Product. At Anva, we’re building the most advanced cloud platform for the insurance market: a new SaaS system for insurers, authorized agents, service providers, and advisors. Eight teams are building this platform, while existing customers are transitioning to the new environment in phases. We’re looking for a product leader who will define the platform’s core capabilities and lead the business analysis discipline. This is a role with ownership, authority, and a direct line to the Head of Product, offering opportunities for growth. Are you a Product Owner, Product Manager, or product lead at an insurer, industry partner, or InsurTech company, and do you view AI as an integral part of your field?
