Here's how it works

After the kickstart program, the trainee joins your management team. There they receive on-the-job training, focused on the key tasks within your organization. Together we draw up a profile to find the right administrators who fit well with your approach and colleagues.

We search and screen suitable candidates, but you can also suggest candidates yourself. If everyone is enthusiastic (trainee, client and ANVA), the trainee can officially start. It doesn't work out? Then you don't incur any costs.
