The Midglas project team—which included PwC and other external partners—worked closely with our specialists to achieve this. From data quality and cleansing to a meticulous migration plan, extensive preparation, and thorough testing: this go-live is the result of strong collaboration and a shared ambition.
That collaboration began early on. Using the ANVA Data Monitor, Midglas organized its data step by step. PwC guided the team throughout the entire migration. You can read about how that worked in the case study.
The go-live was preceded by several test migrations. ANVA has its own data migration pipeline for this purpose, which allows us to adapt quickly. Each test migration provided new insights, which we incorporated immediately.
With ANVA 6, Midglas now operates on a modern cloud platform. The platform is faster, more intuitive, and scalable, and ready for further digital innovation.
