During the first session at the ANVA office in Amersfoort, specialists from Ecclesia, Vanbreda, Quintes, DSV, Klap, HeinenoordZicht Groep, Söderberg & Partners, SAA, Acrisure, and other organizations discussed today's practices and tomorrow's ambitions. The agenda was packed with questions such as: what challenges do brokers face? Where are the opportunities to make processes smarter? And how can we ensure that systems such as e-ABS, the sanctions platform, and iDOS are even better aligned with back-office work?
Armand Wens, Application Management & Infrastructure Coordinator at Acrisure, attended the first session:
“We have been working with ANVA and the stock market link for years, so we are very enthusiastic about sitting down with the creators and users. Exchanging experiences in this way is incredibly valuable with a view to the future and efficiency.”
The first meeting immediately yielded valuable input. Participants shared their wishes for better documentation, new integrations with VNAB systems, and further enrichment of existing exchange functionalities, among other things. These insights will contribute directly to future developments.
The Exchange Advisory Board meets several times a year. During these sessions insurance brokers ANVA, VNAB, and insurance brokers how processes can be better aligned with practice and which developments deserve priority.
The goal is clear: to work together structurally to make stock market processes smarter, more efficient, and future-proof.
In his role as a consultant, Niels Stoof works closely with insurance brokers played an important role in setting up this initiative:
“ANVA has been developing solutions for insurance brokers for a very long time. With the Exchange Advisory Board, we want to get closer to our customers in order to understand their business even better, so that our solutions match their ambitious goals, including those related to ANVA 6.”
With the Exchange Advisory Board, ANVA and VNAB are taking the next step in strengthening cooperation within the co-insurance market. We are proud of this initiative, precisely because it has been developed in collaboration with the market.
By sharing knowledge, experiences, and ideas, we are gradually building towards a single common goal: exchange processes that are optimally aligned with the practical realities and ambitions of real estate agents.
