This 8th Expert Session focuses on Damage & Service Tickets. Our new ANVA 6 module to handle a request for help, damage, repair, a problem or a general request from customers.

During this Expert Session, we will engage with each other to share knowledge in this area. The feedback from our customers are of great value to us to ensure that this new ANVA 6 functionality will soon fit seamlessly into daily operations.

What are we going to do?

Together we will explore the new process-driven functionality of "Claims and Service Tickets" within ANVA 6. The following topics will be central:

  • A Deepdive into the damage process.
  • A sneak preview of the prototype in which ANVA visualized this concept.
