We believe it is important to involve our customers more closely in the development of our software. Thus, in our last newsletter we asked customers to participate in a user survey for our new mortgage app on ANVA Hub, in order to gather feedback on the current prototype and get input on further wants and needs. Due to the many submissions, the test was more than successful!
We invited customers (including Auke Gijsbertse of Bielderman Koetsier) to our office to walk them through the current prototype. During the test, colleagues from ANVA were busy writing down all the comments. This resulted in a very colorful wall full of valuable feedback that we will take into account in further development. We liked the user survey so much that these customers want to participate in the pilot of the new product. During the pilot they will use the mortgage app in practice over a longer period of time to test all the improvements we are developing as a result of the user research. We'll keep you posted on the progress!
