


For years we have been improving our service and making processes more efficient. We are delighted to have been challenged to take part in the Customer Contact Quiz.
The Customer Contact Quiz is a free (online) knowledge event for customer contact organizations, where employees are tested and trained on customer contact skills based on a game element. A very nice and fun way to measure where we stand. Naomi is happy to tell you more about it.
The Quiz will be held on Thursday, September 29. This day, the Quiz platform will be open between 09:00 and 21:00. Within this time slot, the ANVA team should log in and take the quiz. The quiz will consist of different topics and underlying learning objectives and will take about an hour to complete.
At the start of the quiz, each participant is tested on their general knowledge of the industry generic customer contact skills. Next, each participant is trained on these skills and the quiz again concludes with a knowledge test.
On Friday, September 30, between 8:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., the winners of the Customer Contact Quiz will be announced during the Customer Contact Quiz Award ceremony! To determine the winners the highest score of the final test in combination with the shortest quiz time and/or biggest learning curve will be taken into account. We are very much looking forward to participating and of course hope for a nice podium place!
