ANVA PODCAST #15: Provincial Contracts & Property Registration

In this episode of the ANVA Podcast, we look back on an inspiring Expert Session focused on provincial contracts. With twelve clients at the table, we delved deeply into the question: how can we ensure that ANVA 6 becomes a logical, intuitive successor to ANVA 4/5 for provincial users as well? We discuss processes, property registration, service contracts, and the role of AI in product standardization.

Provincial contracts as a foundation

A key topic during the session was the standard process for provincial contracts. From creating a client account to automatically sending out contract documents and invoices, we worked with clients to assess whether we’re on the right track. The feedback was valuable and concrete, and provides direct input for the further development of ANVA 6. In addition, we discussed how AI is being used to standardize the enormous variety of products without compromising the flexibility that offices need.

From service contracts to group policies

The session went beyond just the basic process. We delved into the world of service contracts in all their forms: one-time, recurring, consulting, or brokerage contracts. And we explored collective contracts for healthcare, pensions, and vehicle fleets, along with all the associated issues surrounding asset registration, billing, and certification. What became clear: customers generally agree on the big picture, but they regularly surprise each other with how they handle things in practice.

Listen to and watch this episode to find out how customer feedback actually helps shape the direction of ANVA 6.
