ANVA Ambassadors enrich our products. They put time and energy into our close collaboration to develop a new functionality or improve our software. We are proud of this commitment and happy to highlight three new relationships (CG United, MCIS and Aruba Bank). We are happy to reward these committed customers with ambassadorship.
In cooperation with our partner ISC 2.0, we organized the ANVA customer days on Curaçao and Aruba this spring. During these days, connection and inspiration were central. We updated our relations in the Caribbean on our renewed vision, shared our adjustments within the customer domain and discussed the technical product development of both ANVA 4/5 and newcomer ANVA 6. At the same time, we used this moment to appoint three of our relations as ANVA Ambassadors.
Daan van der Lugt, CCO at ANVA: "At ANVA we like to reward our relations with ambassadorship when they come up with an innovative functionality for our software, which after realization we include as a standard ANVA product. To work out their idea, we ask our customer to work intensively with us. Both during the design, development, and test phase and when we take them into production as a launching customer. We are happy with that active cooperation time and again".
CG United is one of the largest property and casualty insurers in the Caribbean. It has several offices across 22 island territories. CG United has been active in the Caribbean since 2001. In cooperation with ANVA, they developed a new XML link with the Qanoa extranet.
MCIS, MCB Bank's insurance broker in the Caribbean, sent us its desire for user profiles. These profiles provide a clear user management, to which not only persons but also roles or functions can be linked. The developed user profiles ensure that ANVA customers are able to make changes to multiple individuals simultaneously, which contributes to the compliancy of user rights.
Aruba Bank is a leading banking institution in Aruba offering a wide range of financial services and products. It serves both retail and corporate customers and strives to provide reliable and innovative solutions that meet the needs of its customers. To achieve significant time savings for Aruba Bank, we worked on two of its requirements: automatic balancing and electronic daily statements.
Insurance Software & Consultancy (ISC 2.0) is ANVA's official representative in the Caribbean. ISC 2.0 helps insurance companies in the Caribbean islands to improve their core business by leveraging the power of ANVA's technology. It translates our Dutch software solution into a solution that can also be used outside the country's borders. In addition, ISC 2.0 provides comprehensive implementation and management support for solutions that can be interfaced with ANVA.
Rob Grijpma, consultant at ISC 2.0, looks back on the collaborations with satisfaction. He says: "The implementations of the various solutions at ANVA customers in the Caribbean went well. Sometimes there was a (security) bump or obstacle that we had to overcome, but we always managed to find a solution together. External developers from Qanoa, for example, also came to the rescue. Meanwhile, all three solutions have been widely deployed at various offices. Both in the Caribbean and in the Netherlands.
