Audascan360, Solera's completely updated vehicle information, is ready for use in Backoffice. With the Audascan link, it is possible to get vehicle information based on license plate or car type. Audascan360 contains additional information to further simplify the premium calculation and underwriting process.
Audascan360 provides you with standardized information on the presence of ADAS systems, an indication of recent damage and the report code. Audascan360 can be expanded with two modules:
- theft module: including information about the presence of a KIWA-SCM alarm certificate, theft frequency and theft susceptibility
- repair module: including average repair costs and damage frequency at brand and model level.
This latest version contains additional information that provides better insight into risk and offers benefits with respect to the premium calculation and underwriting process. Audascan360 makes it possible to set up the underwriting process in ANVA Backoffice more tightly. For example, set a rule to reject contracts the moment the risk factor exceeds a certain value. The implementation in ANVA Hub ensures the continuity of Audascan360 and provides opportunities for the future.
An agreement with Solera is required to use Audascan360. Once that has been arranged, the existing company certificate is extended with authorization for Audascan360 as well as the modules you have chosen. You will receive additional information for each module you choose. This allows you to determine which information is necessary for your company. Once you have the certificate, you can add it yourself on Hub at your organization. In addition, choose to use Audascan360. You can perform this activation yourself. Since this happens in your own environment, we cannot activate these certificates for you, as we need sensitive information like your password for that. Fortunately, activating a certificate is easy and quick to do. Learn how to add Audascan360 on ANVA Hub by choosing Manage Links under the help button and below that 'set up vehicle link' or watch the instruction video.
