With the app, you can see at a glance what's in the pipeline, whether there are backlogs, and how the workload is distributed. Among other things, the dashboard shows the number of waiting policies, their impact on premium and commission, and processing times. You can also filter by product, company or, for example, policies.
But the app offers more; for example, on the employee analysis page you can gain insight into the distribution of waiting policies across teams and employees. This allows you to better manage progress and follow-up.
