


It is almost business as usual again in our sector. High time, then, for reflection. What, I asked myself, looking back on the past wonderful period, really touched me? It was the cooperation between advisory firms, Managing General Agents and insurers. The adaptability of the financial sector has already shown its best side in 2020. I am encouraged by the speed of change and the pace at which a new form of customer service, hybrid or online, was taken up.
