To improve data quality in the proxy channel, we from ANVA have been involved in the Uniform Inrichting Volmachtketen (UIV) project since 2019. UIV is still keeping everyone in the proxy market busy. We, too, continue to support customers and improve our software.
One of the common wishes we hear is, "There are many updates coming out of screens, but if I want to assess whether I should process them it takes me a lot of time. Too much time". This is something that not only our customers give back, but also Theo and Marcel, two ANVA consultants who help our customers on their way with converting policies to UIV's standard, run into this.
The good news is that as of the 52.P02.10 release, we have made this easier. From then on, when reading content, you will see whether a screen has been changed and if so, why. Is there a new definition from the insurer or did we just make a small change at the request of the think tank or one of our other customers?
The relevant change is displayed in a screen. If you would like to see the details, you can access them in the store on ANVA Hub. This major improvement ensures that you no longer have to consult the store for every screen, only to find out that no change has been made at all. By providing more insight on the front end, we make figuring out on the back end easier.
Last week our consultants took a preliminary look at this modification and the sounds were very positive. Do you have the same feeling after installing the release or are you still missing information? Please let Naomi or one of the consultants know, so together we can make our software even easier.
In ANVA Help, meanwhile, the new operation is already explained in case you are very curious and can't wait to install the release.
