Many of you use links when entering relationships and contracts. You can think of vehicle links, Fish, Roydata and much more. More and more links we have revamped and run through ANVA Hub. In this blog I take you through the reason behind this, which links are already available.
Another reason is that ANVA Backoffice's code is 25 years old. We are proud of that, but that is also a very long time for a technology. By transferring and removing links from ANVA Backoffice, the code will become clearer, maintenance will become easier and testing will become even more reliable. To achieve the latter we need your help. After all, everyone must be over to the new link before we remove it from ANVA Backoffice. Recently, our Managing General Agents have already received an e-mail about this to take stock of the use of the Fish/CC link. Are you using the Fish/CC pairing, but did not receive an email? That ANVA offers a very broad and complex software package is also reflected in the large number of links we offer from ANVA Backoffice. The links below are ones we have already revamped on ANVA Hub. Important to know is that to use this link, you just keep working in ANVA Backoffice in the familiar way, only the new technology of ANVA Hub is running in the background. The Fish and CC links help perform various fraud and compliance checks. Previously, you could only see the result by going to the complete file and looking up the result there. The links make this unnecessary, now when you open a relationship you can see at a glance on the policy whether the checks have been performed and what the result was.
