Within ANVA, we want to continue to improve our products and services. We do this by periodically asking our customers for feedback. Meanwhile, the results of our most recent customer satisfaction survey (KTO for short) are known. We are happy to share the results of the January 2024 measurement.

ANVA Expert sessions

Satisfied customers are an important drive for ANVA employees. Not only in terms of our current software and services, but also in working together to future-proof our platform. We are therefore proud of the success of our participating customers in ANVA 6 Expert Sessions. On these recurring afternoons, we dive into necessary improvements for our cloud successor to ANVA 4/5 by topic. The topics are sometimes technical, sometimes functional, but always focused on intuitive and efficient use of our solution.
