Acumen Services BV has been providing process optimization consultancy to insurers for 20 years. In cooperation with IT partner LINKIT BV, the 4SURE portal has been developed. ANVA provides a robust policy and claims administration. The seamless integration between 4SURE and ANVA ensures that customer processes are handled quickly and efficiently: self service for end customers, single entry and STP process processing where possible. Both Acumen Services and ANVA have deep roots in the insurance industry. This deep domain knowledge of insurance technology ensures that 4SURE is very user-friendly and supports complex processes intuitively.
