Crawford provides an XML API interface allowing Claims Manager and ANVA 4/5 to link and exchange real-time data throughout the life cycle of a claim. Registering a claim. Creating person involved. Setting up a reserve or adding an entry. The Claims Manger focuses on different steps in the claims process. Mutations resulting from this are processed by claims handlers in Claims Manager directly in ANVA.
Crawford is a global organization that values quality and reliability. The Claims Manager is continuously extended with new functionalities to handle claims more efficiently. For example, in Claims Manager it is possible to create new claims automatically and process them fully automatically through straight-through-processing. Without any intervention or manual actions by an operator.
