As an Insurance Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in translating insurance processes into smart software solutions. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between business and IT. You understand how insurance processes work and how software development works. With this knowledge, you’ll help us continuously develop our platform.

Your impact.

As a Business Analyst, you’ll work at the intersection of business and technology. You’ll map out insurance processes and translate them into clear functional designs for our development teams.

You’ll work closely with Product Owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that complex processes are translated into clear user stories and requirements. In doing so, you’ll help us expand our platform with new insurance products faster and more effectively.

This is what you will do

  • Process Analysis: Translate insurance processes into clear process diagrams and solutions.
  • Requirements: Write clear user stories and functional specifications.
  • Refinement: Facilitate refinement sessions with development teams.
  • Product Development: Ensure that new features align with the ANVA strategy.
  • Stakeholder management: Connect business, product, and development.
  • Plan ahead: plan several sprints in advance so that teams can develop efficiently.
  • Ensuring quality: make sure solutions align with the day-to-day operations of insurers and intermediaries.

Salary and Benefits
A salary commensurate with your seniority, experience, and impact; for this role, the maximum gross annual salary is €78,000 (based on a 40-hour workweek). vacation days

Who are you?

You have strong analytical skills, are curious, and enjoy simplifying complex issues. You feel right at home at the intersection of business, processes, and technology, and thrive on collaborating with people from different disciplines.

  • College or university level of work and thinking.
  • Experience with insurance products and processes.
  • Skilled in process analysis, customer journeys, and process modeling.
  • Experience writing user stories and requirements.
  • Understanding of software development (low-code experience is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and short development cycles.
