Your impact.
As Engineering Manager, you will lead 2–3 multidisciplinary engineering teams. You combine people leadership with technical expertise and ensure that teams develop and manage high-quality software services. "You build it, you run it" is a given for you.
You report to the Head of Engineering and work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Security, Cloud Engineering, and our Agile Coach. You are also an active member of the Engineering Leadership Team.

- Culture & change: embed a modern product and DevOps culture.
- Knowledge sharing: organize workshops and inspiring engineering events.

Salary and Benefits
A salary commensurate with your seniority, experience, and impact; for this role, the maximum gross annual salary is €112,000 (based on a 40-hour workweek). - HBO/WO working and thinking level.
- Extensive and relevant experience in software development.
- Experience in managing engineering teams.
- You have been a self-developer and now enjoy guiding others.
- Experience with microservices, containers, and cloud (preferably AWS).
- Familiar with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD.
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS or the insurance/financial sector.
