Your impact.

This is what you will do

  • Design and build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines with Snowflake and Matillion
  • Maintain and improve data processes within the platform
  • Collaborate on our data migration factory from ANVA 4/5 to our new SaaS platform FinLife
  • Experimenting with new techniques and thinking about the future of our platform
  • Translating technical issues into clear, practical solutions
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts and DevOps specialists
  • Pick up DevOps tasks such as monitoring, automation and performance optimization
  • You’ll be part of an enthusiastic data team consisting of: Data Engineers, Data Analysts & BI Consultants, Cloud Engineers & DevOps specialists, and our Product Owners

Salary and Benefits
A salary commensurate with your seniority, experience, and impact; for this role, the maximum gross annual salary is €90,000 (based on a 40-hour workweek). We consider who you are and what you bring to the table. In addition, you’ll receive benefitsthat make a difference, so you can fully focus on what you’re here to do.


vacation days
You get 27.5 vacation days to recharge, travel, or just do nothing. Because sustainable performance starts with sufficient rest. We believe it is important that you have time for yourself, your family, or your passions.


non-contributory pension

Who are you?

You are proactive, analytical, and curious, and you thrive on solving complex problems. At the same time, you enjoy collaborating with others, contribute creative ideas to solutions, and always maintain a focus on quality, taking a pragmatic approach when necessary. In addition, you are and have:

  • A college or university level of work and thinking, combined with a relevant degree.
  • Extensive and relevant experience in data engineering or BI engineering.
  • Strong and proven knowledge of SQL, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling.
  • Experience with Snowflake and Matillion (or similar platforms).
  • Familiarity with Python and Agile/DevOps methodologies.
  • Preferred: experience with SaaS, multi-tenant systems, or the insurance industry.
