As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you’ll be part of the marketing team and play a central role in creating and coordinating our communications. You’ll work closely with the Content Creator and collaborate with colleagues throughout the organization to gather stories and turn them into compelling content. From social media to events and from campaigns to the ANVA magazine: you ensure that everything comes together seamlessly. You combine creativity with structure and ensure that ideas are actually implemented. In doing so, you make a tangible contribution to our brand positioning and commercial objectives.
This is what you will do
• Translating marketing plans into concrete campaigns and content
• Developing and managing content and communication plans
• Conceiving, creating, and optimizing content for various channels
• Interviewing stakeholders and writing articles for the website, newsletter, social media, and other platforms
• Coordinating the ANVA magazine and organizing events
• Monitoring deadlines and managing external parties (such as agencies and photographers)
• Actively gathering input and ideas within the organization
• Collaborating with the Content Creator on visual and audiovisual content

What to bring
- HBO-level academic ability and critical thinking skills
- Relevant experience in a marketing communications role
- Experience in developing communication and content plans
- Strong writing skills and experience conducting interviews
- Experience with content creation for various channels
- Organizational skills and experience in event planning
- Familiarity with tools such as Webflow, Photoshop, and Figma (experience with HubSpot is a plus)
- Interest in or experience with SEO/SEA and AI
- Creativity, courage, and a proactive attitude
- Team spirit and the ability to inspire others
- Experience with B2B communication (preferred, ideally in the IT or financial sector)
