Your impact.
You’ll become a full-fledged member of our UX team, working alongside product owners and business analysts. Together with the engineering team, you’ll discover solutions that are valuable and usable. Your strength: quickly turning ideas into working, testable prototypes, using AI as a catalyst, so we can learn from real users instead of just exchanging opinions. You’ll form a point of view and test it.
This area involves a lot of substance. Think of drafting insurance contracts, financial administration, and the other core processes that keep 21 million policies running smoothly. These are complex processes, and our job is to make them feel simple.
Eight teams are working in parallel, and you move among them wherever and whenever needed. You’ll facilitate and support them in their design choices, help those choices come together, identify where they clash, and address those issues, so that the platform feels like a single product rather than a patchwork. Today we have a component library, but not yet a complete design system. You’ll help build that design system, including how we contribute to and maintain it.
No managerial responsibilities. You’ll report to the UX Lead. This is a hands-on role: self-motivated, proactive, and strong in communication. You’ll engage product owners, engineers, and clients in your decision-making process, and that skill is just as important as your design expertise.
We work quickly, and the line between design and construction keeps shifting. We think that’s exactly what makes it so fun.

What you design will be deployed in real agencies, at real scale, from day one.
