In ANVA 4/5 you will already find basic functionality for claims with the ANVA Claims module. Together with our business partner EMS, we have now developed the new Claims Accelerator to complement this. A unique, cloud-based add-on to ANVA 4/5, with which you can complete claims more easily and process them at lightning speed. The 'ANVA Claims Accelerator' automates the claim intake process between customer, advisor and insurer. As a result, all data is collected in no time. All you have to do is make a final check. Is everything complete? Then you just send it to the insurer or agent for processing.
Incurring and reporting claims is never fun. That's why the "ANVA Claims Accelerator" makes this process as easy as possible. In three simple steps.

Do you receive a claim report? Then simply refer the customer to a link to report the damage online. A link on your website, or one you sent by email.

The customer completes his or her own file with missing information, documents and photos. The policy automatically selects the appropriate form.

File complete? After a final check, you transfer the file with a few clicks to the insurer or power of attorney who handles the claim.
With the 'Claims Accelerator', your client takes care of a large part of the process himself, but as advisor you always remain in control.
