Your impact
As Head of Products FinLife:
- Together with the Chief Product Owner, develop a forward-looking product strategy of our platform with respect to its application in insurance, mortgages, pensions and financial planning.
- Lead the execution of this strategy across multiple agile product teams.
- Build an international network and represent ANVA at the strategic level.
- Ensure the stability and reliability of our FinLife platform, anticipating risks and compliance issues.
- Provide market-leading, innovative and impactful products that comply with all laws and regulations.
Your team & collaboration
- You will report to the board.
- You will facilitate successful collaboration between multidisciplinary teams and primarily lead our Product Owners, product specialists and UX'ers within the FinLife domain.
- You will work closely with the Head of Products ANVA 4/5 and our product marketers.
- Together with the CPO, you actively liaise with external stakeholders, including NVGA, VNAB and Adfiz.
- In summary, you are the connecting link between business, technology and customer!
- WO working and thinking level and a relevant education, for example in business administration, computer science or economics.
What you bring
- Extensive and relevant experience in a similar product management role within the software, financial or insurance industry.
- Leadership experience with multidisciplinary and international teams.
- Affinity for technology, innovation and agile working.
