Founded in 2022, Aevitae Risk, part of Aevitae BV, handles, accepts and processes all of its insurance applications entirely independently. The authorized agent of Allianz, ARAG and Rhion has been working with ANVA software since its inception. In addition to its own claims handling department, Aevitae Risk focuses on good, fast and personal service without bureaucratic detours. To this end, it can, if desired, put together its own insurance products to better suit a client (question). Frank Westmijse, Aevitae's manager of power of attorney, will be happy to explain exactly how she goes about this.
Power of attorney manager Frank Westmijse started at Aevitae Risk in January 2023 with a completely empty ANVA 4/5 environment. He says: "I already had experience with ANVA at a previous employer and could therefore immediately start connecting and setting up, building and tinkering. Many of my new colleagues fortunately also already knew ANVA's software well, which allowed us to keep the fresh setup very tight and structured from the beginning."
Along the way, external links turned out to be more complicated than expected. Frank contacted ANVA consultants Marcel and Wilfred, with whom he had already enjoyed working at a previous employer. "They were able to look with me, advised me what I could do best and helped to build products together with our externally hired consultant Ad Swinkels and ANVA consultant Wilfred de Jong. Two days a week one of them was in our office. Thus, step by step different branches within ANVA 4/5 were set up for us."
Despite a small, but quickly remedied error in the beginning, which caused ANVA to shut down daily at 10:30 a.m. sharp, consultant Marcel Tax also looks back with satisfaction. "I was mainly involved in the product build-up, setup of external links, management, forms and rights. I can look back on a very pleasant and productive cooperation. We were able to deliver all of Frank's questions within the deadline and were always on the same page. In the coming period I will remain standby for Aevitae Risk, in case there are questions during the monthly prolongations."
Because of his background in the insurance industry, Frank now knows ANVA well, as well as its advantages and disadvantages. "I find it a very efficient machine, especially for prolongation. Sometimes there is something not standard in it, but you can attach it as an 'add on.' It works as intended and desired and is the foundation of our business. I am also pleased with the ANVA Academy courses that are offered. I have already taken the basic management course, which helps me to be able to talk with the consultants. Moreover, I have learned to be able to arrange things myself as well. In September, I will attend a number of follow-up trainings. The technical management of ANVA is easier if you know exactly what is involved".
