Insurance agency Licent was one of the first to indicate to ANVA its interest in a candidate from the traineeship. "I think this could work very well," says Peter Slump, IT Director at Licent. "It is incredibly difficult for us to find a good ANVA application administrator. Where you used to get 3 to 4 applicants per vacancy that's really not the case now. It's searching with a magnifying glass and then you still don't find them." We are excited to have the confidence from Licent to make this a new success, just like our previous ANVA Traineeship, the Cobol University.
"There are more and more organizations in the insurance supply chain using ANVA. At the same time you see that due to the consolidation wave the environments are becoming more complex, the regulatory burden is growing, but the available knowledge of the ANVA applications is becoming scarcer. With this initiative, we are helping customers deploy ANVA optimally, both technically and functionally. I am proud of the customers who participate and that we have taken this initiative," said CCO Daan van der Lugt.
Customer Ecclesia was also immediately enthusiastic about the traineeship. IT Manager René Valster: "We are looking for colleagues who want to move with us into the future. We have used external hiring for a long time and now we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us. In addition, this person will be trained at ANVA by the best administrators."
The traineeship starts on September 16 with a six-week kickstart program. This is a mix of lectures (classroom), self-study, group work, job shadowing days at various departments and framework training for the functional administrator profession. After this period, the candidate transfers to one of our clients for a professional-supervised secondment period totaling one year, with the prospect of permanent employment with that client. The trainees are pre-screened together by ANVA and the client.
