Results of ANVA’s customer satisfaction survey

Within ANVA, we want to continue to improve our products and services. We do this by periodically requesting feedback from our customers. Last summer we held our latest customer satisfaction survey (KTO for short). The result of this consists of positive scores, but at the same time there is also enough to do in terms of (product) improvements.
