ANVA's partner network offers advisory firms more time for the right advice

Ouddorp-based Adviesgroep De Vogel was founded in 1951 as a financial advisor for insurance, mortgages and pensions. Meanwhile, the current co-owner Jan Peter Robijn, together with Frits Melissant (manager internal organization), is responsible for the daily operations of two offices, which together serve more than 10,000 consumers and 1,000 companies. To this end, Adviesgroep de Vogel uses the possibilities offered by ANVA in cooperation with its partners.

Good customer service is our key to success. Automation helps us achieve this. Everything that is currently done manually, we see as a challenge to develop further. That is why we are so happy with the software of ANVA and its partners. The more that is automated, the more time our employees can spend on our core business: advising our clients without having to manually perform administrative actions," Frits starts. By continuing to look critically at (internal) processes, employees can work more efficiently and Adviesgroep de Vogel can further distinguish itself.

Efficiency and acceleration

For every possible partner solution, Adviesgroep de Vogel focuses on what the linkage has to offer them. In other words, how can they work more efficiently? Frits: "From a DDi robot (p. 20-21) that automatically processes our incoming communication to digitizing forms via Finconnect (p. 32-33). We use many different solutions that work well with ANVA's software. There is no other way, because we need the right tools for our employees to meet our customers' expectations. Moreover, the mutual collaborations between the partners make it possible to reduce turnaround time, and digital forms speed up the process."

Cloud integration

ANVA has grown significantly in recent years through its collaboration with partners to provide a complete package. The ICT of Adviesgroep de Vogel is provided by Missing Piece (p. 26-27) through the MijnANVA concept. An ideal outcome, especially in raging change during the Corona months when working from home is the new norm. "In the old situation, that would have been a real challenge for us. We were not yet up to speed on that. Now this has gone almost silently. I also see that as an added value of ANVA. We are taken care of in all sorts of areas. Not only in the field of software, but also by selecting the right partners with appropriate solutions for us," said Jan Peter. Through all partner solutions, ANVA Adviesgroep de Vogel and its customers have saved a lot of time. The innovative nature of this consulting firm ensures that every development also brings efficiency. Partly because of this, Adviesgroep de Vogel was nominated for the Advies Awards 2020 for the most customer-oriented advisory office. Their ultimate tip for making that happen? Jan Peter: "Think from the customer's perspective at every step, look first at what you already have and get out what's in there!".
