ANVA’s partner landscape in practice: EMS and DiVerz!

DiVerz! is a customer and ambassador for ANVA. In collaboration with EMS, we assisted DiVerz! guided the implementation of the ClaimsEngine. What is unique about DiVerz! is that they also strategically chose this solution, which required change management throughout the organization.

Our partner landscape

The ecosystem that we have established around our own software solution continues to develop continuously. A large number of customers now use our partner solutions and experience the added value on a daily basis. We would like to highlight a number of collaborations between partner and customer. "We are active users of the link between ANVA and EMS within our organizations. From DiVerz! we picked up the implementation of EMS as a project and rolled out the ClaimsEngine per office. We learned not to start 'too big', but to work together in a focused way and with focus. The involvement of our claims teams is essential. All NDB Group offices are now using EMS. For each office we monitor usage and share experiences in order to learn and discover where we can improve. We were looking for a solution that could help us simplify our working methods, deal with damage reports in a customer-friendly manner, settle claims faster and at the same time increase customer satisfaction. Our choice for the link between ANVA and EMS turned out to be the right one; our claims handlers also indicate that it is a very nice tool. The request and settlement run smoothly, while in the background control elements are well secured and performed automatically. We also really like the cooperation with ANVA and EMS. There are short lines of communication, our input is listened to carefully and always considered how we can translate ideas into practice."

"ANVA's partner program is becoming increasingly professional. Both sides are open to working together intrinsically motivated. The partnership is supported by the whole of ANVA and not only by Ronald as partner manager. On the other hand, as a partner we are of course happy to reciprocate.
