


"With worklists, ANVA users centrally manage their work inventory and tasks to be completed. Each user has their own worklist, but can also view and possibly manage the lists of colleagues or departments. Tasks that come in via calendars, mail or e-mail automatically land on the worklist. This allows them to be handled easily and conveniently. "
"Within Business Insights, we developed the worklists Apps to solve the lack of overview and insight in ANVA 4/5. Because worklist tasks occur at different levels in ANVA, and each level needs different information, we created - in addition to a general Apps for all types of worklists ('Organization') - also separate Apps for 'Claims', 'Commercial' and 'Policy'.
The dashboards and overviews in these Apps are largely similar, but additionally contain information specific to the particular work area. Thus, access and use of the Apps can be targeted to the user.
In all Apps you get insight into tasks that are open, completed, still planned or overdue. You can break down these overviews further, for example by user, office, department or damage type."
