'Risk management is a constant process. And that means that accessing and analyzing data is also a constant process. In order to correctly interpret this process, reporting tools such as Business Insights can make a positive contribution. This is why we were happy to participate in the ANVA Business Insights pilot.
At Raetsheren-Acrisure, we attach particular value to the use of data in order to provide clients with the best possible advice. Registering good quality data in the systems we work with is obviously the first step. But being able to analyze this data correctly, and obtaining insight into the data on the basis of which follow-up choices can be made, is really step two. Not an easy step and in our market in the past was often done via manual exercises in Excel. A reporting tool such as ANVA Business Insights, which gives our employees insight into the data in a relatively simple way is really a nice form of "unburdening". And helps achieve our mission "To assist risk-aware organizations with (future) business continuity challenges with personal, innovative, data-driven customized advice."

For us, it is important that the Business Insights tool not only represents the data we have in ANVA in an easy way. But also that we can approach data from different angles. The questions we answer every day are different. That's why it's nice that Business Insights gives us different ways to understand our data.
My colleagues have been used to working with data insights such as premium claims statistics, average claims burden and average claims frequency for years. Those are basic insights. But we assume that ANVA Business Insights will provide us with further depth and much more capability to be able to properly shape the process I mentioned earlier. To be able to do this in a very efficient way is totally nice. And in the times in which we are working together, actually an indispensable requirement.
A good development. The average IT landscape in the insurance industry consists of a jumble of applications. As the number of applications increases, so does the likelihood of problems in the data chain. As I already emphasized, being able to use high-quality data is an important requirement for the way we work. Consistency and stability are very important here. The closer the data tool is to the data source, the smaller the chance of problems. Therefore, we appreciate this initiative and participated in the pilot.
