'What I personally think is really cool is that you can really involve customers much better and offer your employees a workflow that ensures a better customer journey. And integration with ANVA saves duplicate input, it's a seamless package,' says Marco Kok, responsible for CRM at Licent.

Where Licent was previously an authorized agent company with about twenty affiliated independent offices, since March 2023 these have together formed one company with (now) 41 branches.
