Business Insights can be used for a broader target group thanks to office separation

Business Insights, the first module of ANVA 6, has another new functionality added: office separation. Application Consultant René Hartong explains what this functionality has to offer and the benefits it brings.

What does office separation entail?

'In ANVA, you have the ability to create different offices, each of which has its own portfolio. The users in ANVA get access to the offices for which they perform work.'

Why did you develop this functionality?

'With Business Insights, we started connecting customers who have an office within ANVA. Meanwhile, there are also customers using Business Insights who have multiple offices and then it is important that users can only see the data of the offices for which they have permissions. The functionality has been working for several months in the 'Portfolio Overview' App. We will soon be adding office separation for all Apps where it is relevant.'

What are the benefits of office separation?

'As headquarters, you can now easily give other offices access, so they can also experience the benefits of Business Insights. And big plus: managing this is very easy. Business Insights takes over the rights of the user from ANVA. So you don't have to manage rights in two places for this."
