


Last October we put out a call for pilot offices to explore the possibilities of a chatbot. This virtual colleague is placed on your website and helps in the customer contact, so that you have time and can deploy your colleagues where they are really needed. Meanwhile, we have gathered enough interested parties and the pilot project will start early next month.
Late last year, together with our partner Firstestap, we organized a first customer session to start developing the new Virtual Assistant. This smart chatbot is available all day to help your customers carry out various processes independently. During this session, it clearly emerged that there is a particular need for support in passing on auto mutations, issuing provisional coverage and reporting damage.
