Infofolio's Adresscan web service is now integrated into ANVA's software. ANVA Rules is the first solution from ANVA to use this integration. As a result, the necessary premium determining characteristics, including rebuilding and contents values from the Adresscan web service are available at the touch of a button. This data is used for quoting, comparing and accepting insurance products. In the future, other ANVA functionalities will also use the link with Infofolio for prolongation, for example.
Infofolio provides up-to-date and reliable reconstruction and contents values of all homes in the Netherlands. The Adresscan web service delivers these values including building characteristics at individual address level. In the insurance industry, Infofolio's services are widely used to support the quotation, comparison and acceptance of insurance quotes and policies. ANVA's underwriting and premium calculation solution, ANVA Rules supports the same process. "Flexibility, speed and optimal process support are key features of ANVA Rules. Minimize duplicate input and automate what can be automated. That's what we strive for," says ANVA partner manager Ronald Rongen. "The integration of the Adresscan web service was therefore a very logical step. It enriches our application and offers the user the desired convenience during the quotation process."
The first joint customers are already using the Adresscan web service in ANVA Rules. Der Kinderen from Hulsberg in South Limburg is one of those users. "The integration with ANVA Rules mainly provides us with a lot of time savings and convenience," says Roel der Kinderen. "Previously, we had to request a report with the premium determining characteristics through a separate portal. Now this is fully automated via one click of a button in ANVA Rules. We don't have to worry about it".
In addition to the Adresscan web service used in ANVA Rules, ANVA offers the "Adresscan 360 Export. The feature will be available within ANVA's Backoffice in spring 2019. It allows ANVA users to create an export file of their policy records. This file is read into the Adresscan 360 management monitor for advanced portfolio analysis and up-to-date management reporting. "With the Adresscan 360 Export, users can easily and quickly populate the Adresscan 360 management monitor with their own relevant portfolio data," said Walter de Groot, Manager Sales & Marketing at Infofolio. "The Adresscan 360 management monitor is an online dashboard in which the user can immediately see at a glance how his portfolio is doing (results), what risks his portfolio contains and how his client group is composed. Then, based on selections of object and client characteristics, further analyses can be performed and targeted actions can be taken on this."
