We are hard at work developing ANVA 6. We are bringing together numerous technical elements, integration conditions, functional requirements, AI and ease of use. This has already yielded quite a few components. Sometimes invisible under the hood or clearly visible like our BI module Business Insights. All these separate components must eventually work as a whole. 'We managed that last year,' Justin says proudly. 'Everything is integrated and talks to each other. Part of the financial system is in place.'
Meanwhile, ANVA 6 has reached the point where you can process insurance and claims in it. Justin: "We want to save customers as much time as possible. That's why we provide standard configurations that customers can read in. So you don't have to put everything together yourself. This contributes to a faster and uniform setup of ANVA 6.' Also, everything is saved automatically and a user can work with multiple tabs side by side. Handy! In July, the basic version and first APIs will be delivered. AI applications will be offered to work faster and more customer-oriented. 'ANVA 6 will soon be the first platform in the industry with AI components, with which our customers can be truly distinctive!' he says proudly.
You can build something as beautiful as this, but at the end of the day customers have to benefit from it. That's why they are involved right from the start. Justin continues, "We organize monthly expert sessions. In these we discuss and test whether our vision matches the expectations of our customers. And so far, by and large, that appears to be the case. Moreover, the sessions are always packed, for which we are extremely grateful to our clients. Each time they provide really valuable insights.'
'To make the information from the sessions available to everyone, we started a podcast. That turned out to be a hit!' In addition, Justin gives monthly demos. 'These were still quite technical last year, but this year will be given much more from a user perspective.' Customers will also be able to test more and more ANVA 6 functional parts and technical components in the coming year, as is already the case with Business Insights.
"We want to give customers the tools to make decisions based on facts rather than *gut feeling*," Marline continues. Together with a team of both data engineers and consultants, she put the first ANVA 6 module live: Business Insights. 'By interviewing and then testing our various target groups, we developed dashboards that add real value for our customers.'
Gaining more insight also means uncovering inefficiencies. Marline: 'That can sometimes be confrontational. But precisely that is gold, because it shows where there are still opportunities.' Because the tool is cloud-based, it works at lightning speed. AI solutions are also being worked on. Think of using machine learning to recognize patterns in the data.
Smooth migration to ANVA 6, of course, requires good preparation. John explains: 'We see that over the years many customers have had contamination in the data quality and set-up of their ANVA.' That's why in Business Insights, customers can make use of continuous data quality measurement, visualized through various dashboards. 'This prevents potential bottlenecks during conversion, such as duplicates, missing coding and incorrect labels.'
