I knew for sure that we were not yet making optimal use of the software. I used to take courses at ANVA myself, but you notice that you really have to work with it a lot to understand it. Since 1.5 years we have a new colleague who understands it. He understands ANVA and picks everything up quickly. Then I thought: this is the moment to make a big step. The entire back wall of my office was still filled with paper archives. I had to get rid of that.
'The scan has really been an eye-opener. Martijn (ed. consultant) has taught us so much. We were definitely not making optimal use of the software yet. We are now really taking big steps in setting up ANVA. For example, before the scan we were not using packages or work lists at all.'
'We are really innovating and digitizing now. With these packages and work lists, it all goes much faster and it already takes so much less time. And this is actually only the first item on the list that we have picked up from the list that Martijn gave to us. The file wall in my office is not gone yet, but it is getting emptier.'
'I would recommend it to everyone to have a scan done. Because it also makes your colleagues very enthusiastic. Sometimes it really is little things that make a big difference.'
If you have a functional scan performed, an ANVA consultant will visit you. He will check which functionalities you are using. And more importantly: which functionalities you are not yet using. He then shows you how to do that, so you can get the most out of your ANVA.
