The Uniform Organization of the Volmachtketen offered ANVA the opportunity to approach the elaboration both internally and externally in a thoughtful way. Since the beginning of this year, ANVA's project manager Marianka Everts, together with Marcel Ravelli (project manager onboarding proxy offices), has focused on informing and enthusing all ANVA proxy offices involved.
''Because of the strong cooperation with ANVA, it was up to me as an objective third party to invite the proxy offices from Foundation Uniform Inrichting Volmachtketen to start the UIV project,'' Marcel Ravelli says. ''In these joint sessions with ANVA, we personally explained what the project entails and how the offices can get started. There was also plenty of room to ask questions. After these sessions the offices received tools to actually start". Before these sessions, the required ANVA product screens were already ready and tested in a pilot phase.
Initial responses from the pilot offices indicate that ANVA has its software completely set up and can start quickly. To make sure that every proxy office has its portfolio set up properly before the end of 2021, the project managers decided to bring forward the time to inform. Marcel: "It takes time to get all offices up and running. By continuing to act with respect and understanding of each other's context, we expect to still reach our goal''. "That is what we are making a commitment to!" concludes Marianka.
