


The introduction session of the chatbot validation together with Eerstestap was a success. In June 2021, participants will already be able to use the Virtual Assistant. This is great, because this assistant offers you support in helping your customers by being available 24 hours a day and already asking the first questions. In a previous session it became clear that this support was especially needed in the areas of damage reporting, (car) mutation and post calculation. These themes were further explored in the introduction session.
Several offices are already using Eerstestap's Virtual Assistant and report many benefits. For example, many existing mortgage customers are open to repeat advice and customer satisfaction following this process is a 7.8 out of 10.
Maximum short-term value
In the recent introductory session we validated our findings from previous sessions and went deeper into the expectations in the themes of claim reporting, (car) mutation and lead generation. We were able to convert this information directly during the session into an offer whereby Eerstestap, in exchange for an initial investment, can immediately get to work realizing the processes discussed. This offer is available for every type of office from proxy to provincial. Our Account Manager Jurriën would be happy to tell you more about this.
To provide as much value as possible in the short term, Eerstestap is expanding Virtual Assistant functionality in several phases. So they will start with processes that are generic for most consulting firms. Then, together with you, Eerstestap will determine the most logical next step to expand processes or develop new ones.
