In meeting all the DORA requirements, you could probably use some help and context. We would therefore like to draw your attention to the document Toezicht in beeld 2024-2025 (Supervision in focus 2024-2025 ) of De Nederlandse Bank (DNB). In it, DNB gives an overview of its supervisory activities in 2025 and the priorities for the coming years. And insight into the risk picture of the financial institutions it supervises. Supervision in response to DORA is also described.
Now, on the eve of the launch of DORA, the vision piece is a fine tool to gain insight into what you, as an insurer or financial services provider, are facing. Partly focused on resilience against increased cyber threats.
In the figure below, for example, DNB explains the focus, priorities and areas of supervision. With anchoring in regular supervision on the one hand. And focus on renewed areas of supervision such as AI and DORA on the other.

DORA stands for Digital Operational Resilience Act and aims to make organizations more resilient to cyber threats. ANVA is not a financial institution and is therefore not directly subject to DORA oversight. But we are involved as an external provider of IT services and DORA therefore impacts you as a customer and therefore us as a core business provider.
We have therefore updated our agreements to meet the current DORA requirements of supervisors. These agreements have been available since November. You can choose to replace the existing ANVA agreement with this new DORA-proof agreement. Commercial agreements remain unchanged in this.

You can find all the information relevant to you on our site in our DORA file.
