Pilot offices wanted: "The possibilities of a virtual colleague"

ANVA is looking for pilot offices to explore together the possibilities of a chatbot. The virtual colleague will be placed on your website and assist in customer contact, leaving you with time to spare and allowing you to deploy your colleagues where they are really needed.

This year, two information sessions have taken place with ANVA customers. In these sessions, a number of processes were defined that could be taken over by a virtual colleague. These are simple tasks that often take a lot of time and could easily be taken over. A chatbot could be perfectly used for the simple change of vehicle, residential address or family composition or for passing on a simple claim in the category of fire, liability or car.
The chatbot is placed on your website. It is up to you to determine where the input ends up. Usually this is a completed form via email, where an employee picks it up and proceeds with it. By using ANVA Flow, the process is placed with the right customer in ANVA Hub. As a result, you immediately have the documentation with the right customer for review.

It is now time for the next step, which is to build this capability. For this we are looking for a number of pilot offices that are interested in investing in this project. With a joint investment from multiple customers, the entry level is much lower and we can offer a very attractive discount on Safebay and ANVA Flow.
