The ANVA Customer Domain

That we as ANVA want to continue to improve, we have told you many times before. In recent months we have been working on this not only within the ANVA service desk, but throughout ANVA. In this blog, I would therefore like to take you through the changes within the departments that have contact with you as a customer.

Team Customer Domain

To make that work, of course, we can make a lot of working arrangements. It will only work much better if we work together as a large team, each with its own expertise. So we are busy looking for the right place in our building to all sit together.

Martijn Klimbie was already in regular contact with many of our customers as Service Level Manager. On paper, however, he was still a support employee and in practice he still handled some tickets himself. As of August 1, we have adjusted his position and he is a full-time Service Level Manager. The colleagues who draw up quotations, schedule consultants, invoice, draw up contracts and all other important tasks will from now on operate as the Customer Service Department. This will allow them to coordinate with each other, switch gears and share knowledge.

Another team with united forces are our content specialists. In addition to writing the texts in our ANVA Help and creating walkthroughs, they will also manage our own studio. The promotional film for our participation in the Customer Contact Quiz is a great example of this. This change allows them to support the creation of more content, not only for Customer Support.

So what?

Every step we take contributes to our improvement. We are far from finished, but the first steps have been taken. Serving you from one central point, while in the background we carry out the work with over 40 colleagues, is our ultimate goal!

Within the Customer Domain, we know about each other and will help each other. With that, the style of this blog will also change slightly. I will no longer write on behalf of Customer Support, but on behalf of the Customer Domain. Also, I will no longer always be the face of the blog. Earlier I gave the floor to Ellen once, in the coming time you will see different faces passing by from time to time. Thus, this blog becomes the property of the entire Customer Domain and everyone who works in it.
