


In seven years, ANVA's partner landscape has evolved into a comprehensive ecosystem of seamlessly integrated solutions that allow us to provide even more value to our customers. By now, most customers use one or more partner solutions. Our partner manager Ronald Rongen talks about the latest developments within the partner landscape.
In recent years, a large number of new partners have joined the ANVA partner network. There are now three grades of partners: Connections, Advanced partners and Premium partners. Ronald: "We see that this strategy is starting to work. More and more parties are knocking on our door with interest in a form of cooperation. Customers are also asking us more often to seek cooperation with certain relations."

You can think of the three rigged grades as a dartboard with our customer in the middle. The outer ring is the Connections: start-ups or parties of interest to a small group of customers. This is followed by the Advanced partners, with whom we work more intensively. In the inner ring are the Premium partners, with whom we work very intensively. Ronald says: "Postex is a good example of a premium partner, with whom we really do co-creation. Together we serve over 25 customers, also in the Caribbean. The link with Postex makes it possible to easily offer multiple pdf documents bundled from ANVA to customers. Postex ensures that both physical and digital communications are distributed fully automated, correctly and in the corresponding house style."
By engaging in co-creation with partners such as Postex, we bring efficiency to our customers' processes. For example, at Noorderlinge Insurers. Edwin Krijgsheld, ICT staff member at Noorderlinge Insurers says: "Every month, several thousand policy documents are sent to our clients via Postex. We chose this solution because of our desire to digitize and automate. After a pilot period, we further shaped the ANVA-Postex environment together and looked at how best to send and secure our digital documents and policy conditions. A large part of our customers appreciate the digital sending and receiving. Moreover, we can better substantiate to our clients that we have provided the (correct) documents to our clients on time. Finally, it provides efficiency in our process, allowing employees to pick up other useful work."
With partner solutions, we at ANVA are increasingly responding to customer needs. "We very consciously choose to offer different solutions for each need, so that customers have a choice. In doing so, we do remain critical," Ronald explains. It is preceded by a careful process in which we take into account the privacy sensitivity of customers and the financial reliability of partners. This results in reliable solutions for our customers, such as Fidus.
Marco Valkhof (Fidus branch manager Drechtsteden) says: "Among the many Fidus branches that have been added in recent years, one method of conducting a business risk scan was missing. That's why we use ANVA partner WeGroup. They offer us a digital platform with which we can secure the diversity in advice and issues surrounding periodic risk management. Documenting this inventory is necessary from a duty of care perspective and also necessary for providing sound financial advice. The WeGroup business risk scan helps us achieve a uniform and good inventory and recording, which in turn ultimately leads to cross-sell and upsell results. The test phase of the business risk scan alone yielded great results. Moreover, we experience that WeGroup and ANVA quickly realize our wishes, additions and adjustments."
Conversely, it is of course also important that partners can rely on ANVA. We are therefore constantly looking at where needs lie and ensuring that better use can be made of links. Initiatives are also organized to bring partners into contact with each other or with customers. "Examples are the partner plaza at ANVA Fest, the well-attended ANVA Partner webinars and the customer days in Curacao and Aruba where we took partners this year," says Ronald. In addition, internal developments are also creating better cooperation.
Ronald concludes, "With the developer portal, there is now one central environment for all APIs and connectors, where all documentation can be found to connect to ANVA in a secure and responsible way. Also, our new datastore ensures that partner solutions work faster and more completely." A great example of this is our newest advanced partner Onesurance. Their model allows customers to engage in active customer management based on specific AI combined with this platform. This allows them to give the right customers the right attention at the right time.
